Cold Press Method
Our olives are pressed within hours of harvest using traditional stone mills at temperatures below 27°C. This cold-press method preserves the delicate flavour compounds, antioxidants, and vibrant colour that define a truly exceptional extra virgin olive oil.

Every bottle is traceable to our family groves. We cultivate heritage varietals — Arbequina, Koroneiki, and Picual — using organic practices that honour the land. No blending, no shortcuts, just single-estate excellence from tree to table.
